    Jesse Barfield…I remember when he started with Jays in 1981. The thing I remember most about Jesse Barfield is his powerful arm. He threw with accuracy and runners would give it a second thought before challenging his arm. In the mid to late 80's, he was one of the league's leaders if not the leader in assists. He was also in some pretty good company in the OF with the guy everyone loved to hate, George Bell and Lloyd Moseby.

    Hey Bryan .. That was a formidable Blue Jays outfield in those days. I
    was a huge Dwight Evans fan and thought it was awesome to have those
    great rightfield arms together in the AL East. You can even throw
    Dave Winfield into that conversation to. Nothing more fun than to see
    a runner gunned down at third by a monster arm!
