An anecdote or fond remembrance relating to the game of baseball. Baseballisms are produced in video, audio or written form and articulate the poetry of the game. They cross generational boundaries, and document our histories and common experiences, set within the context of baseball.

The term Baseballisms was awarded trademark protection by the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2010.
